A well-established Social Housing Contractor seek to appoint a Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.

The company specialise in refurbishments, both internal and external, to Social Housing properties throughout the region. Current schemes include kitchen & bathroom replacements, window & door replacements, fire door installations & more.

Your duties will include:

Managing a team Tradesman and Subcontractors
Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Monitoring health and safety on site
Snagging of properties
Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
Supervising subcontractors quality of work
A trade background
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid
A stable and progressive career history
Previous experience managing social housing refurbishment schemes

The salary on offer is £30-32k + company van and package.
