About the Role
To support continued growth, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team.

The key responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Use the company CRM system and Sage to action orders / invoices.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients, and manage credit limits for clients.
  • Manage credit card receipts and statements for senior members of the team.
  • Liaise with the Finance Director regarding payments in and overdue payments.
  • Manage supplier invoices, ensuring they match the expected values.
  • Input all documentation into Sage using the correct department and nominal code.
  • Assist the Finance Director with accounts updates and monthly reports.
  • Perform Payroll on a monthly basis, assisting with taxes and required forms/documentation.
  • Liaise with team members and assist with order implementation on Company CRM system.
  • Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks related to the role.
  • Competent using Sage, or similar software. (Essential)
  • Sage Payroll training. (Desirable)
  • Competent user of Google Docs/Sheets & basic IT skills. (Essential)
  • Knowledge of a sales order system previously used. (Essential)
  • Sales force or Advendio CRM training. (Desirable)
  • Payroll experience on software. (preferred)
  • Past admin and organisational work. (Essential)
  • Strong people skills and customer service. (Essential)
  • Flexible in your approach to tasks/objectives/getting stuck in where and when required. (Essential)
  • Have fantastic attention to detail and problem solve where necessary. (Essential)
  • Confident working with numbers and data. (Essential)
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. (Essential)
  • Reside within travelling distance to CNS Media Ltd office. (preferred)
  • Eligibility to work within the UK. (Essential)
