Seeking a Business Admin Trainer with Expertise in Pearson HND Levels 3, 4, and 5

Are you a seasoned professional in Business Administration with a deep understanding of Pearson Higher National Diploma (HND) levels 3, 4, and 5? Do you possess exceptional skills in mapping the prior learning of aspiring learners? We are excited to offer you an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Business Admin Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Pearson HND levels 3, 4, and 5 in Business Administration.
Assess and map the prior learning and experiences of learners to ensure appropriate course placement.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to support their progress and growth.
Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessment tools.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align training content with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Extensive experience in Business Administration, preferably in a training or teaching capacity.
Indepth knowledge of Pearson HND levels 3, 4, and 5 in Business Administration.
Ability to effectively map and recognize prior learning of learners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
