**Head of Operations wanted for an immediate start

Location:
Wiltshire

Length:
Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon - Fri

Main responsibilities of the role_
Responsible for both the Estates and IT assets within the site
Lead on an annual development plan for Estates, Facilities & ICT assets to ensure sustainability and retained value, where possible
Oversee the Facilities and ICT budget and advise accordingly on areas of opportunity and or concern
Assume the role of Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery of all Estates and IT projects aligned to time, cost and quality parameters
Working with Data Protection Officer to ensure all areas comply with GDPR regulations, liaising with the DPO in regard to any GDPR incidents
Lead on risk management including inputting and coordinating action plans with individual provisions and monitoring compliance
Essential requirements_
Bachelor's degree in relevant Management area
or equivalent professional qualification(s)/accreditations related to Estates/Facilities
