About our team:
The Sales Training Specialist sits within the EMEA Library Sales Operations team. We support, enable and extend the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.
We focus on giving sales the tools and resources they need to be effective at selling Sage products in the library market, and we collaborate with a wide range of internal teams.

Your new role:
You will actively listen to the team's needs, question, and explore their training goals to develop effective solutions. You will analyse the impact of training on an individual basis, mentoring individuals in their sales skills and knowledge growth, instrumental in their ability to reach our targets
Your key accountabilities include:
- Maintain, develop and implement a competency based internal training plan for new and existing Sage Library products.
- Identify Sales skills learning needs for the Sales Team, delivering engaging and tailored training to each member of the team
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing team member expertise and offer refresher training periodically.
- Provide regular reporting on outcomes and evaluation of team training.
- Work with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to establish strategic training priorities and work with Library trainer(s) to implement those priorities.
- Stay informed on all product developments and communicate or offer update training as appropriate.
- Provide market feedback and insights to appropriate internal teams.
