Job Brief:
The job holder is responsible of generating sales via online channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
- Work with the marketing team & manage digital marketers in order to improve quality.
- Re-Platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capable.
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
- Collaborate with web designers as well as graphic designers for all marketing assets.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating it against targets (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategies that promote the company's products or brand.
Key Result Areas:
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI's.
- Create performance reports on a monthly basis.
- Review any legal eCommerce marketing procedures.
- Develop marketing strategies and review sales performance on a timely basis.
- Manage and supervise the eCommerce division effectively.
- Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers.
Salary:
£300.00-£450.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newport, Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Digital marketing: 4 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
