Yell are seeking a Morning/Evening Cleaner to join our Workplace services team, based within Yell's sales excellence centre in Belfast city centre.

The successful applicant will be joining a long-established team working in a vibrant call-centre providing the best environment for our sales and service colleagues to succeed.


Duties and responsibilities
To dust and clean all occupied workstations daily including wiping down desks, monitors, keyboards, mice, and headsets.
To hoover all carpeted areas within the office 3 times per week.
To dust and clean unoccupied desks at least once per week.

During holidays or busy periods, the successful applicant may be asked to perform other cleaning duties as specified by the Workplace Manager or Housekeeper; these could include and are not limited to, the cleaning of kitchen areas or W/Cs.

To report any damage to fabric or furniture to the Workplace Manager or Housekeeper.

To always abide by Yell's health and safety policy and to report any H&S concerns to the Workplace Manager or Housekeeper.

To complete all training provided within agreed timescales with Workplace Manager.


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team but equally unsupervised

Previous experience in a similar cleaning role within an office or retail setting is preferred although not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant before starting.

Must be able to work the following hours / days:

Monday to Friday 07:00 - 09:00 Shifts OR 17:00 - 19:00 Shifts - 10 hours per week
