They are currently recruiting for an experienced Solicitor to join the London based team, on a full time and permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing advice on commercial disputes: contractual disputes, tortious claims, disputed debt claims, disputed insolvency proceedings, loan disputes and claims arising from guarantees
  • Providing advice on proceedings and appeals
  • Representing national and international clients from different industries
  • Advising on settlement negotiations, dealing with disclosure, researching intricate points of law
  • Assisting with business development initiatives
  • Providing a highquality legal service to the firm's clients
