Description

The ICS Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Project Administrator will: Establish effective working relationships with all our key LD&A and Education & Training managers from our local organisations within health and social care.

Liaise with the other Midlands Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training colleagues and the NHSE Regional Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Coordinator Establish effective working relationships with Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Programme Group members linked to their associated sector and organisations and support them in the delivery of our ICS Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme delivery plans.

Administrate the ICS Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Programme deliverables to enable monitoring of the progress and rollout across the region.

Provide regular, summary progress reports and programme management tracking to the ICS Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Programme Group, LDA Pillar and MHLDA Strategic Steering Group.


Lead the administration & coordination of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 and Tier 2 training system delivery implementation plan, inc.

technical and operational training bookings. Book venues and individuals onto courses. Administrate and update the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme content.


Provide a point of contact dealing with requests and queries from the programme group members, escalating them to Programme Lead Ensure that the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training bookings on training sessions are updated, and that updates and general enquiries are in place.

Create a repository for templates and materials that can be used for reporting progress against performance.

Aid the sharing of good practice across the ICS region to reduce duplication of effort, avoid common pitfalls and accelerate progress.
