The role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Matron to join the pastoral team in a boarding house. This is a term time position and non-residential.

The role of a Matron is one of trust and responsibility.

The Matron will not only manage the domestic standards but will deal with the health and welfare of the girls.

The Matron has a special role assisting the House Parents to create a happy, respectful and caring atmosphere in the house.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
