My client are a well established freight forwarder looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their successful team You must have a minimum 5 years experience selling international road freight services.
Daily duties will include:

- Gaining new business nationally and internationally to promote and develop client portfolio
- Cold calling prospective customers
- Generating new sales leads and revenue
- Client meetings
- Building and developing relationships with clients
- Meeting targets
- Liaising with operations team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience selling international road freight
- Freight forwarding and warehouse 3PL background
- Proven track record of sales figures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge of different trade lanes and services within the freight forwarding market
