Our client, a well-established independent agents is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team in Coventry.

A great opportunity to join a growing agent.

Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator:

Monday to Friday 8.45 am pm.
1 in 2 Saturdays 8.45 am pm.

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:

£20,000
£22,000 basic

- £30,000 OTE (Uncapped)

23 days holiday + bank holidays

Ideally, to be considered for the Lettings Negotiator position you must have the following:

Experience within Estate Agency
Highly organised
Excellent customer service skills
Great communication both written and verbal
Fu UK driver's license

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

Negotiating between tenants and landlords
Registering applicants
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to generate and retain business.
Overseeing a let through to move in
Gaining feedback following viewings
Arranging viewings
