Business Development Manager, Teesside, North East.


Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with the UKs largest media groups offering a broad range leading media brands.

Due to continued growth, they now seek an experienced BDM to sell advertising packages direct to SMEs across the above region.


The role:

  • Ongoing relationship building with existing clients cross selling/upselling where possible
  • Working to a variety of targets and KPIs including client meetings to help you achieve and exceed expectation

The person:
-
A successful and stable background in B2B field sales/business development essential:

  • Media/advertising or solution based sales experience advantageous
  • The ability to work remotely/independently essential
  • New business acumen essential as is the ability to nurture existing relationships
  • Commissions focused and target driven mentality
  • Good territory knowledge preferred
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

The package:

  • A very good starting salary of £29,000
