Mazars, as the largest challenger firm in the UK, is experiencing a prolonged period of organic growth and as a result we are looking for a tax advisory manager, who has experience of working on UK tax matters within international groups.

As an internationalintegrated firm we work with multinational companies of all sizes helping them meet their tax obligations in the UK and the rest of the world.


We operate a flat hierarchy at Mazars, so you will be able to work closely with our tax partners and directors to help you realise your career ambitions.

You will also have the opportunity to work in a friendly and collaborative way with other like-mindedtax professionals.

Industry and Services (I&S) Corporate Tax Advisory Manager.

What we are looking for in this role are some of the following:


  • Chartered Accountant and/ or Chartered Tax Adviser, ideally 3 to 4 years post qualified
  • Broad UK corporation tax experience in an international context, both compliance and advisory.
  • Awareness and good working knowledge of key UK provisions which have a potential international impact, e.g. dividend exemptions, substantial shareholdings exemption, controlled foreign companies, permanent establishments, hybrid mismatches and corporateinterest restriction
  • Can demonstrate good client handling and people management skills
  • Ability to analyse/ summarise/ advise on complex tax issues succinctly through written and/ or oral advice to clients
  • Keen to learn and to coach others on both on a technical and personal development basis
