Logistics Corporate PDI Coordinator Administrator

Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday


PAYE Rate:
Good Rates of Pay


Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Igloo are recruiting for a Logistics Corporate PDI Coordinator Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country.


Reporting to, and in direct support of the Logistics Supervisor and indirectly in support of the Customer Experience Centre Manager.

This is a role that involves managing requests on behalf of our customers/manufactures covering a range of area's includingFleet Management.

To be an ambassador of the brand, always delivering superb customer service. Ensuring customer expectations are met via clear communication to the business via relevant method.


The Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Complete regular training as part of personal development
  • Create new customer bookings (where necessary)
  • Ensuring actions are taken within KPI
  • Reporting daily to clients the status of their vehicles out for delivery
  • Updating spreadsheets and reporting to the Supervisor or clients
  • Ensuring all data for managed assets is inputted and maintained correctly on the Evolution operating system.
  • These responsibilities are generic to the Logistics Corporate PDI Coordinator role, not all will be applicable & specific responsibilities will be assigned via the skills training matrix_
