Salary:
£12 per hour (£10.90 per hour including £1.10 market supplement)

Location:
Baycroft, Great Baddow

Hours & Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week, 3 12-hour shifts, Days or Night shifts, including alternative weekends.

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Care Assistant to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

Along with desirable experience as a Care Assistant, you should have a genuine interestin caring for vulnerable adults.

And in return, you will be responsible for:

Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
Working as part of a strong, talented team.
Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility, and physical comfort.
Reporting to our dedicated nursing team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues, or visitors.
Undertaking observations of our residents and documenting this as necessary in their care plans.
Having a positive and friendly disposition.
Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled.

Please note:
this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
