Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Practice Lead with Sirona CIC, the provider of innovative high-quality specialist community health and social care services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

The Advanced Clinical Practice Lead will work effectively alongside the senior clinical leadership team, to lead the development and implementation of advanced practice education and roles across the organisation; and develop, lead, and implement a multi professional organisational advanced practice policy and strategy aligned to Sironas strategic workforce plan.

The post holder will work to proactively influence regional and national priorities related to advanced clinical practice; ensuring that appropriate frameworks for guidance, clinical governance, competency assessment and continuing education are in place for both the development of trainee and advanced practitioners.

Clinical leadership and support for Advanced Practice within AHP and Nursing teams will be central to the role and play a key lead role in the strategic development and evaluation of advanced practice across both the local integrated care system (ICS) and at regional and national levels.

The post holder will also provide highly specialised expert advice, education, consultancy, and clinical expertise.
