Regional Support Manager

South London/Surrey with travel throughout the area

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Retail Operations Manager / Regional Support Manager to join this market leading supplier of products for trade and retail customers.

The role
To support the stores in the region in delivering operational targets and objectives by supporting and coaching Managers in identifying and addressing areas of improvement
Overseeing and facilitating the effectiveness of administrative tasks in the region
Acting as a key support to the Area Director and supporting the improvement of store performance by becoming a system, process and data expert and supporting Managers offering coaching and support when needed
Support stores in investigating shrink and producing plans to address areas of concern
Monitor and collate compliance to all company health and safety policies and procedures and coordinating any required activity
Manage colleague admin within the region such as holidays, compliance reporting and training
Delivering short term projects and activities
Experience and skills required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships within a multi-site environment
Highly IT literate with the ability to communicate and collate business related information and reports
Able to work under pressure and manage multi priorities
Ability to identify problems or issues and in order support the Managers and Area Director in the region
As the role requires travel throughout South London and Surrey, a driving licence is essential
