Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Sales Ledger Assistant for our client in Cramlington.
Please note this role is 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
The Role:
- Processing of credit notes
- Prepares and issues customer monthly statements
- Processes daily payments from customers to sales ledger customer accounts and accurate allocation
- Opens new credit accounts and maintains any changes
- Carries out credit checks on customers & maintains customer data
- This role offers 20 hours per week, over 5 days, with flexibility to work the hours how you please each day
- Previous experience in an Accounts environment
- Good used of systems and Excel
