Job role:

As a member of an elite Jewellery Buying collective, it will be of no surprise at all that this business insists on the highest operational standards.

The need is to appoint a thoroughbred Retail Manager of whom within their retailing armoury there isn'ta challenge / area of leadership that hasn't already been tested and passed.

As a progressive enterprise there is a need to ever evolve, review constantly the many opportunities that exist within the business and how best all can in the right way capitalise to the maxim on their retailing standing both locally and further afield.

Your management experience to date enables your presence to be relied upon and quickly respected - and their forte is encouraging your team to look forward and build better at every turn.

Importantly there are a variety of sales specialists within this future sales and marketing domain, and it is the art of orchestrating all to be cohesive and to deliver for the businesses trading betterment which should be your constant goal.

Requirements:

It would be advantageous to have a thorough understanding of Luxury Watches and be aware of a number of prestigious watch houses in the field representation / brand managers.
Any (NAJ) National Association of Jewellers qualifications that are industry specific to the Jewellery trade would be pertinent to possess.
Would have to be already experienced in a luxury goods retail setting and demonstrate durability in a Retail Supervisory capacity as either an Assistant Manager / Store Manager
