Job Details
To provide a comprehensive, confidential, and professional PA/secretarial service to the Head of Education Services.

The role involves;

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings.
  • Creating, formatting, and updating documents.
  • Tracking complaints and enquiries.
  • Minuting meetings
  • Financial transactions Maintaining computer systems and processes to support service.

The Person

  • Educated to SCQF level 7 which includes HNC Business Administration or Advanced Highers or equivalent.
  • Prioritisation skills.
  • Team working skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with minimum supervision in an environment of change and challenge, demonstrating resilience and flexibility with competing demands.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Minute taking skills. You must have the ability to travel within Fife to attend face to face meetings.
