Job Details
To provide a comprehensive, confidential, and professional PA/secretarial service to the Head of Education Services.
The role involves;
- Diary management and scheduling meetings.
- Creating, formatting, and updating documents.
- Tracking complaints and enquiries.
- Minuting meetings
- Financial transactions Maintaining computer systems and processes to support service.
The Person
- Educated to SCQF level 7 which includes HNC Business Administration or Advanced Highers or equivalent.
- Prioritisation skills.
- Team working skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Experience of working with minimum supervision in an environment of change and challenge, demonstrating resilience and flexibility with competing demands.
- Good communication skills.
- Minute taking skills. You must have the ability to travel within Fife to attend face to face meetings.
