Responsibilities:
As a care assistant you will be meeting the individual care needs of our residents in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence.
Good communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature alongside an understanding of the needs of older people will all be important traits for this rewarding job.
DBS expense will be met by the employer.
Qualifications:
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care or have experience in providing care to the elderly.
- Flexible availability, hours to suit covering days, evenings, waking nights and weekends
