As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and facilitating the learning and development of our students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the needs of individual students.
- Support students with their learning activities, providing guidance, and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Work with small groups or individuals to reinforce concepts, address learning difficulties, and promote progress.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom setup, ensuring a wellorganized and stimulating learning environment.
- Supervise students during breaks, outings, and other school activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff and participate in team meetings to discuss student progress, strategies, and interventions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student performance and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their educational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, teachers, and parents effectively.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Basic knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- A relevant educational qualification or certification is desirable but not essential.
