Veterinary Vision offers a dedicated ophthalmology referral service for cases referred throughout the UK, with four sites in, Penrith, Bamber Bridge, Sunderland and Glasgow.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art operating facilities for all types of ocular surgery in a friendly, caring environment where the well-being of the patient is our top priority.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic administrator to join our client care team.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable person who is a great team player but is also able to self-motivate.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Main Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all veterinary reports, referral letters and discharge instructions are typed, checked, distributed, and attached to patient records in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Providing administrative support to our vets, reception team and wider organisation.
  • Telephony
  • Booking of appointments and surgical procedures for our clients
  • Assisting with general reception and admin duties as required
