YOUR ROLE

Whilst working as a Traffic Operator, you will oversee the Traffic Office, ensuring both the Transport and Fleet Team are organised and compliant.

You will providing daily support to the driving team whilst providing cover in the event of absence, sickness or holiday.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Manage the Fleet and resource to ensure SLA's are met
Manage all Traffic Office functions in line with company policies and procedures
Driver and vehicle allocation to ensure successful deliveries whilst meeting customer expectations
Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, company policies and procedures best practice
Attend any training as required in compliance with the company's commitment to investors in people
Monitoring of vehicles on route to delivery points ensuring compliance with outlined delivery procedures
Management of Driver CPC

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous experience of Fleet Maintenance Undertakings
Previous Experience of working in a Transport/Fleet Management environment
Supervisory experience
Ability to work in a team
Flexible approach to work at all times
Able to work within a pressurised environment
