Tenancy and Neighbourhoods Manager (Housing Management)

Birmingham, Castle Vale - hybrid working

£37,065 rising to £42,120 following successful completion of probationary period.

Position time:
Full time 37 hours per week

Contract type:
Permanent

We have recently reviewed how we deliver our housing services and created a new Neighbourhoods Team. This new post is a great opportunity to lead this new team and create great services for our customers.

The new team has a clear focus on tenancy and estate management.

Following major regeneration we have good housing stock, and an excellent same-day repairs service meaning you won't be distracted in your role.

Castle Vale is a great place to live, and we have a very low turnover of stock.


You will lead a team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers and other staff focussed on our social housing stock, so you'll be a great leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional housing services in a housing association or local authority setting.

You will have a passion for talent management.

You will also play a part in the wider success of the Housing and Customer Services directorate so this is a good opportunity to expand your skill-set.


We're looking for someone who is customer focussed, someone who is visible to our customers and can build a good reputation with customers and colleagues alike.

Housing management can be demanding, and you will have previous experience in a housing managementrole.

If you're focussed on services and have a positive can-do attitude to work, can thrive on working on your own initiative, this could be the role for you.
