We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Finance & Operational Support Coordinator.

In this role, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive contract support services to Burberry, one of our valued clients.


As the coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining concise records of all ISS financial and operational duties on the contract, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and readily available when needed.

You will also regularly liaise with Burberry clients and ISS stakeholders to ensure that all operational and financial issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities_**_

  • Build effective relationships with the customer, clearly understanding and anticipating their needs
  • Assist with the control of all financial aspects of the contracts
  • Assist in the production of supporting financial information
  • Prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement
  • Liaising with the client regarding outstanding invoices
  • Raising Quotations and maintaining a Quote tracker
  • Goods receipting upon service completion and assisting ISS suppliers with invoice processing, queries and payment when required

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_

  • Experience of a customerfacing role using operating systems such as F M S o r SAP financial / accounting experience would be advantageous
  • A good basic education is essential GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Higher educational qualifications would be beneficial
  • Excellent PC skills with experience in Work, Excel and Outlook
  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus
  • Excellent verbal, and good basic standard written, communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and systematic
  • Results / task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
