Floor Supervisor job description:
Make sure employees are providing excellent customer service by mentoring and advising them on effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
Respond to complaints and concerns from clients, taking further action as needed.
Oversee and lead a group of staff members.
Execute quality assurance procedures and quickly resolve any problems.
monitoring the requirements for the food, beverages, and wait staff.
Complete the cleaning plans on a weekly and daily basis.
Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety protocols for food preparation and storage areas.
Making sure that both clients and staff have a safe working environment.

£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
