Our client is a multi award winning Creative Agency:
They have a new opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their People team on a 6-month FTC.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone keen to upskill and develop their ER experience supporting the ER Lead and also the wider People team across various interesting initiatives from Employee Relations, Learning and Development, DE&I and much more.


This is a full time FTC role for 6 months, based in their London office on a hybrid working basis with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office a week.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious and collaborative People team.

The main focus of this role (around 70%) will be to provide support to the ER Lead as well as providing support across the wider People team (30%).

They are looking for someone with a keen interest in developing their ER knowledge who already has a couple of years' experience in an HR/ER function.


Responsibilities:


Employee Relations Support

  • Management and coordination of the ER project plan/task list throughout consultation
  • Responsible for room bookings, schedule planning and diary invites for all announcements and consultation meetings
  • PowerPoint creation for comms decks and consultation and execute on variations of decks for different audiences. Taking consulting managers through them where additional resource required.
  • Low level upskilling e.g. knowing the consultation basics and general 'how to' guidance for consulting managers who are unsure/unclear on processes
  • Preparing at risk, consultation invite and outcome letters including making any regional variations in letters and getting regional HR input to do so
  • Potentially attend as a notetaker/low level HR support in any low risk consultation meetings to support consultation managers where required and in collective consultation if required
  • Collation and coordination of responses to questions raised in consultation and collective consultation note taking if required
  • Ownership and updating of the internal plan spreadsheets.
  • Providing support to ER Lead on low level BAU case management and advisory e.g. probation and performance where required
  • Note taking in formal ER meetings

People Support
You'll also be involved in supporting the wider People team which will include:

  • Supporting the People Director UK, the Head of Talent Development and Interim DE&I and Engagement Lead on UK Employee Lead Network activity
  • Supporting on Talent Development Activity
  • Global Programme Admin e.g. The Lift, coordination of Mentoring Collective
  • Supporting the People Director UK on admin/diary Support diary gatekeeping, coordinating direct reports on their Expectations Tools etc.

About you


You'll have around 2 years plus of experience within an HR/People function with hands on experience across ER and HR administration at ER/HR Advisor level.

You're keen to upskill particularly across your ER knowledge
