We've teamed up with the exciting Sleep Tech brand Kokoon Technology, who are now in the market to secure a Marketing Executive


Kokoon Technology are a London based brand, driving impressive innovation in the Sleep Tech space through their Sleep Sensing Headphones.

About the role


Kokoon are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Executive who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and working across a broad range of channels - online and offline, paid and organic.

As we are about to launch a new innovative product, you will be able to make a difference almost instantly by working closely with Head of Performance Marketing to refine our marketing comms, support on copy and content production, review and build upon our current performance marketing channels and identify and test new channels for the brand


What you'll do

  • Support the Head of Performance Marketing to create campaigns that reach the target audience with the right messaging, media mix & creative at each stage of the customer journey across a broad range of channels from PPC to paid social, organic search, affiliates and partnerships. As well as the opportunity to test some new and exciting offline channels such as print and podcasts.
  • Provide ongoing insight and analysis of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Shopify data and a number of other analytic suites.
  • Assist in the creation of brand relevant ad copy, creative and messaging that captures attention and drive conversion.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to identify common customer challenges and how we can support them through our marketing channels
  • Working closely with the Head of Performance marketing on site improvement and CRO tactics

Skills you'll need:


  • 12 year's experience in a broad digital role or in a channel specific role that has focused on performance
  • Experience working in a scale up with a small team to start
  • Ability to think strategically yet roll up sleeves and get stuck in
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial results within a digital role
  • Proven experience and understanding of core performance marketing KPI's
  • Excellent Communicator

It'd be great if you have a few of these too

  • Experience with a Shopify based brand
  • Experience with different marketing functions (analytics, martech, search ads, video marketing, social media, growth, conversion optimisation, design)
  • Experience working in an early stage technology startup
