Agria Pet Insurance has a fantastic opportunity for a
Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. This is a
Hybrid role and will consist of working from home and our
Aylesbury office. You will join us on a
permanent basis
, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on experience.**

About the role:


As our
Quality Assurance Officer, you'll be responsible for the completion of the departments Compliance Monitoring as well drafting, maintaining and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.

In this role, you will also participate in call listening initiatives to discover consumer requirements and expectations.


Responsibilities as our Quality Assurance Officer will include:

  • Complete Quality Assurance monitoring for all agents/assessors across Operations
  • Create sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
  • Investigate customer complaints and nonconformance issues
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Participate in the development of call monitoring style and industry best practices
  • Monitor calls and report data and trends to the Operations management team

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes of our Quality Assurance Officer:

  • Quality Assurance experience desirable
  • Excellent organisational & analytical skills
  • Be able to effectively communicate at all levels within the business and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • The ability to priorities workloads and use their own initiative
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • The ability to work to agreed performance targets
  • The ability to demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours in order to meet business needs
