A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proficient and highly motivated Individual that has background experience in administration.

You will be part of a team providing help and confidence to those the team are supporting to access the right help across our complex systems in order to empower people and help them to achieve their potential in life.


Working within the BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire's (BSW) Integrated Care Board Learning Disabilities and Autism department as part of the new Keyworker Function you will be part of a team of Keyworkers covering the BSW area led and supported by the Keyworker Manager, Team Lead and Keyworker Specialist.


Act as receptionist/first point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.

Communicate complex information to Keyworker team members and stakeholders when appropriate.


Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to line manager when appropriate.
