Resuscitation Council UK's (RCUK)
Customer & Business Standards directorate is a new team, established to take the lead on driving forward our commitment to excellence across all of our operations, products and services.
As we continue to develop and embed our quality management system we need structured quality assurance processes across the organisation.
Gathering internal and external data we need to monitor and evaluate the services we deliver, building meaningful improvement plans, to ensure resources are targeted at continuous improvement.
Key to this role will be an understanding of quality management, along with a strong background in monitoring, evaluation and audit.
Highly organised with keen attention to detail, the successful applicant must be able to present data clearly and concisely, facilitating continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish processes for the consistent monitoring and evaluation of our products and services
- Establish a framework of monitoring, evaluation and audit
- Implement a programme of internal auditing in line with ISO9001:2015 requirements
- Undertake internal audits, working closely with colleagues across the organisation
- Collate, analyse and interpret data
- Develop clear and engaging staff comms around internal auditing and quality assurance
- Work with colleagues to facilitate the gathering of external audience data
- The ability to interpret external audience data and align internal monitoring and improvement plans
- Produce clear and concise reports and recommended improvement plans
- Establish an organisationalwide structure of KPI reporting
- Maintain consistently high standards of data analysis and reporting
- Work closely with our ISO9001 external auditors to ensure compliance
- Maintain high standards of documentation
- Facilitate rectification of nonconformance issues
- Develop and publish internally a cyclical timetable for internal audit, ensuring communication with and buyin from stakeholders.
