Walsall (WS10 8LJ)

Hours:
Full time 42.75 hours per week - 2 shifts available 06:00 - 15:30 and 09:30 - 19:00

Salary:
Above Minimum wage

Calling all Site Supervisors

Due to continued company growth, we are now looking for 2 experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and support our team, based in Walsall.

The Depollution & Export teams are responsible for the recycling of end-of-life vehicles by following a strictly compliant recycle process using our high-end depollution equipment.

Depollution & Export are a critical part of our business, its a physically demanding job, you will ensure to keep the team motivated and help them achieve their targets

What you will be doing:

Overseeing and undertaking the recycling of EndofLife Vehicles (ELVs) removing and storing parts safely
Removing of catalytic convertors from vehicles
Working closely with others, ensuring good communication and following instructions
Liaising with other teams
Operating plant and equipment
Ensuring all paperwork is completed
Maintaining all plant and equipment as well as reporting any faults or defects immediately

Who you are:

Current and valid FLT licence
Previous similar experience
Enjoy working with and motivating a busy team and able to work effectively on your own
Enjoy working outdoors
Enjoy working towards achievable targets
