Ci Automation Lead - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Gamma Communications
Description
Your role will involve engaging with all levels of the workforce in an effective, cohesive, and collaborative way.You will also be a hands-on individual with a natural inclination towards tenacity, drive and urgency and act as an RPA-Subject Matter Expert within Gamma, as well as ensuring your knowledge is shared.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support RPA change activity by organising time and resources to successfully launch Bots/automation to transform business practices and embed change successfully
- Support RPA process design to ensure the Bots/automation deliver maximum value to the business
- Ensure all 'bots' are delivered to the operation to an agreed standard and periodically review the effectiveness of working Bots/automation widgets and suggest areas for Continuous Improvement that will enhance the benefits profile.
- Support review of, and suggest improvements to, the governance that sits behind RPA process design, build and launch to ensure quality of Bot servicing remains high.
- Demonstrate your experience and wisdom of automation to challenge user cases to be more ambitious / to increase the effectiveness of automation.
- Engage collaboratively with operations to influence process design, write detailed process maps to support automation and manage RPA delivery.
- Maintain a highenergy, transparent communication channel between all parties impacted to deliver change at pace, efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain momentum, drive and focus in the face of challenges delivering projects on time and to the appropriate level of quality. This includes preparing business readiness activities to embed implementation of new opportunities quickly, providing operational support post golive and supporting business incidents
- Track success of implementations on an ongoing basis, adjusting plans according to the results and in a timely manner to support departmental reporting responsibilities. Your deliveries are likely to include driving down operational costs, reducing complaints, cutting lead times and increasing business revenues.
- Ensuring our external and internal customers/partners are considered at all stages of processes, while moving us to a future state.
- Assess industry automation tools with a view to seamless adoption or rejection.

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt qualified
Microsoft Power Apps automation or Dynamics 365
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a contact centre environment
One years' experience in the Robotic Process Automation space
