As E2E Performance & Design Authority, you will play a key role within the National Radio Design and Optimisation team formulating and driving the optimisation and performance plans based on detailed technical analysis of the current performance.

You will workclosely with our area teams, vendors and various National engineering teams to drive multi-vendor actions to address performance improvements as well as effectively quantifying the uplifts in experience delivered through feature and parameter rollout.


What will you be doing?

  • Accountable for driving E2E Performance improvements across all network nodes andwhere customer experience falls short of expectations
  • Identify issues across the chain architecture and able to identify and drive various service optimisation initiatives across other teams from Vodafone organisation
  • Improve customer experience for Voice (VoLTE), Video, Web browsing, Gaming, slicing and other data services
  • Define Vodafone UK network optimisation guidelines and standards and ensure best practice is followed
  • Ensure correct prioritisation of Optimisation at system and area level to ensure best performance improvement is achieved

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience of working crossfunctionally and driving collaboration between teams and functions
  • Highly focused on following areas/domains: IMS, EPC, IP and RAN with proven technical expertise with various node elements
  • Able to perform drive test UE log analysis complemented with core trace signalling analysis
  • Experience with both probe signalling flow analysis (control plane) and data PCAP analysis, including their corresponding protocols
  • Highly analytical with strong communication, mentoring and influencing skills
