**JOB TITLE:

Circa £47,000 - £53,000**
THE ROLE:A highly regarded regulatory body has an opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join their team.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of fitness to practice cases, conducting proportionate and fair investigations, preparing cases for hearings, and participating in written and verbal advocacy.

As part of this thriving and successful team,you will handle a variety of regulatory cases and will also provide support and guidance to fellow team members on complex queries.

There will also be the opportunity to have an involvement in policy development and implementation.


THE CANDIDATE:


As a qualified Solicitor or Barrister you will have 5+ PQE to include experience within the regulatory sector, and will have a proven track record as an advocate (either in court or at tribunal).

You will be familiar with the concept of working within a regulatoryframework and will have the ability to understand and interpret complex legal information.

You will enjoy playing a productive role within a team environment and will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of service.
