At least one years' experience of working in one of the following areas is preferred:

  • Dental Receptionist, Dental Nurse or Treatment Coordinator.
Also important is your experience of providing 5-star customer service in a busy patient or customer based environment.


Skills/attributes required:


  • Presentable with excellent oral and written English
  • Organised, great at multitasking
  • Attention to detail and accuracy ie with patient records
  • Warm, personable nature
  • Showing initiative and growth in previous roles
  • SOE EXTRA software knowledge preferred
