Salary:
OTE £37,000 (£33,000 per annum + overtime)

Location:
Leicester

Salary:
£55,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 Hours

The People Business Partner will act as the primary People Team interface for the business unit or function, working closely with the leadership team and will contribute to the development, execution and
governance of the respective business strategy.

They will enable improved business performance and capability through the design and delivery of People Plans aligned to the business strategy.

The Role

Development and execution of the functional People Plan, working with wider People team to cover L&D and Internal Comms
Oversight of the company culture and values and ensuring this is being lived throughout the business
Provide support to the People Director on strategic initiatives as required
Provision of expert professional People advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures
Proactive and commercially astute management of all tribunal / employee claims, liaising with external legal teams as required

About You:

- **Experience of working in a People Business Partner role

Proven track record of improving business 'people' performance
Experience of working in a unionised environment
Track record of change management and successful delivery of People projects
Experience of working in a multisite environment is essential
Effective communicator & influencer at all levels
Strong employment law knowledge
Commercially astute
Personable and practicable
Effective coach
