Job Title:
Graduate Building Surveyor - Min 1 year experience in either role or placement

Location:
Manchester - Flexi working opportunities


Salary:
£25, ,000, bonus scheme, APC Fully paid & supported, Healthcare, Pension 5%, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays


The role will involve working collaboratively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a wide range of services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Undertake surveying activities including surveying, technical reporting, defect diagnosis, preparing Schedule of Works and project management.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Review and interpret drawings, plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare cost estimates for surveying projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and completion.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Building Surveyor with a degree in Building Surveying.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and surveying software.
  • Valid driving licence.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
