Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday - 45 hours per week

Salary:
£12.34 per hour

What are we looking for?:

We are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate individual to supervise the Production function at our Boiling site in Gainsborough.

Some the responsibilities of this role include;

Complete Level 2 EHS internal audits
Focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the Site Manager, and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets
Drive product quality, integrity, and traceability.
Work in conjunction with other teams and departments to maximise productivity
Identify and develop potential within the team, and coordinate the relevant training and support required
Ensure rotation of all staff in high care
Complete return to work interviews with colleagues

Experience of managing a small team is essential
