Travel Services Customer Officer

Full time, Permanent - Grade 6 (£32,925 - £33,957pa)


We need someone who can hit the ground running, working on a small but busy team ensuring blue badges, disabled persons freedom passes and taxi cards are administered in line with legislation and guidance.

In addition to the personal specification, we are looking for an individual who:


  • Has strong customer service skills
  • Has good organisational skills
  • Can work as an individual as well as part of a team
  • Can work with mínimal supervision
  • Be able to work from the office, with occasional home working once trained
  • Wants to help vulnerable residents
