We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our friendly and experienced team in our newly opened 11-surgery Poole site. To support the area and cover a 12 months maternity contract within our Poole Practice. With potential opportunitiesfor a permanent position at the end of the 12 months within the area.

???????The Practice in Poole has recently grown from a 5-surgery to an 11-surgery practice, offering a mix of NHS and Private treatments this practice has excellent growth potential.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of selfemployed clinicians
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
