The Role

At
Saint-Gobain Digital, we are looking for a
Master Data Management Product Owner to work remotely to create customer and business value as part of a digital transformation.

This
Product Owner will be a part of our enthusiastic
Data team who strive to move our business forward and are proud to work for our us.

This exciting role will see you being responsible for understanding problem areas and defining roadmap for all master data management activities (including core data, PIM, DAM) within SGUK, as well as the implementation of appropriate technical architectures to support all related data activities.

What we're looking for:

Prior experience with Master Data Management
Product ownership and lean product development experience in the agile context, as well as prior experience of delivering digital product in a large multichannel business
Experience creating and delivering product roadmaps
Excellent influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills at executive leadership level
A strong communicator and good listener with an ability to think outside the box

What you will do:

Undertake discovery focused on the customer, market, Saint-Gobain businesses to identify opportunities, problems, current strengths and weakness, and strategic priorities in the master data domain
Create a product vision clearly showing the customer and business value, gaining buyin from key stakeholders
Create and maintain a product roadmap to describe how a product is likely to grow, to align the stakeholders, and to acquire a budget for developing the product
Demonstrate the value delivered to customer and the business and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with the delivery teams to develop product concepts and prototypes for early customer engagement
