We are currently looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting time for the Resourcing Team at Young Epilepsy as we are making a number of changes to our recruitment offering, as well as embarking on new projects.


About us


Young Epilepsy is the only UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy
and related conditions.


We provide world-class diagnosis, assessment and rehabilitation for children and young people with epilepsy and also undertake research into the condition and how it can be treated.


Our unique blend of specialist services includes a school, college and residential services: providing education and healthcare for children and young people with epilepsy, autism and other neurological conditions.

We offer a range of support and information for parents, children and young people and training for professionals.

Additionally, we also campaign for better access to, and quality of, health and education services, and to raise awareness and increase understanding of epilepsy.


About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Recruitment Team with a variety of daily tasks
  • Administering all recruitment related documentation as required
  • Supporting continuous improvement in the delivery of recruitment activity
  • Ensuring the recruitment system (iTrent) is kept up to date
  • Assisting in data audits and providing feedback as appropriate.

About you
You will be someone who enjoys building relationships and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.


You will:

  • Have strong customer service and administration skills
  • Be able to work flexibly as well as be able to adapt to changing priorities and challenging situations effectively
  • Have proven experience of working as an active team player as well as on your own initiative.
  • Have good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Have an interest in or passion for recruitment
