Description

Care In My Home is a leading domiciliary care agency and we are looking for a care coordinator /field care supervisor to be based at the Worthing branch.

Reporting into Branch Manager

Assist with care assistant inductions and arrange shadow shifts

Being the main point of contact for clients and care assistants, ensure all phone calls are answered in a professional manner.

Responsible for allocating care assistants with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to our clients.

Organising care assistant rotas to minimise changes to the service and travel between clients' homes.

To ensure that all client's and team members' information is updated.

Provide exceptional customer service to our care assistants, clients' and other professionals.

To be an integral part of the on-call rota.

Flexible, on-call, and field care duties as and when gaps emerge.
