About the company:
Key Duties:
- Supporting Works Manager with their administration and ad hoc tasks
- Supporting the office team
- Purchasing
- Invoicing
- Operational tasks like scheduling the engineers and arranging materials
- Timesheets & liaising with engineers on daily basis
- Arranging appointments with clients and resolving their queries
- Ensuring all jobs are completed by engineers in line with company standards and policies
- Produce basic quotations
- Stock control and supplier deliveries
- Take incoming calls
- Any Ad-Hoc tasks
Core Skills:
- Ownership of all key duties assigned
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to work to Company Policies and Procedures
- Process Driven
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Keen to learn new systems and develop new skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a fastpaced environment
