Job title:


  • Administrator

Hours of work:


  • 08:00 17:00 including a 30 minute lunch break

Salary:

- £27k per annum before tax & other deductions

About the company:


Key Duties:


  • Supporting Works Manager with their administration and ad hoc tasks
  • Supporting the office team
  • Purchasing
  • Invoicing
  • Operational tasks like scheduling the engineers and arranging materials
  • Timesheets & liaising with engineers on daily basis
  • Arranging appointments with clients and resolving their queries
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed by engineers in line with company standards and policies
  • Produce basic quotations
  • Stock control and supplier deliveries
  • Take incoming calls
  • Any Ad-Hoc tasks

Core Skills:


  • Ownership of all key duties assigned
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work to Company Policies and Procedures
  • Process Driven
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to multitask and prioritise
  • Keen to learn new systems and develop new skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in a fastpaced environment

About you:

£27,000.00 per year
