Beyond Healthcare Medical is working with one of the largest housing associations in London in search of a Learning Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary:
Duties:
- Support the wider business and the HR Business Partnering team to identify any learning needs. Prepare corporate analysis to feed into this process, e.g., by collating information from the Learning Management System (LMS), performance appraisals, formal reviews, business plans and anecdotal feedback
- Provide coaching, advice, challenge, and quality checking/assurance to help with learning design and support on a variety of learning and development solutions, including internally delivered workshops, eLearning and other digital resources, and away days; challenge SMEs and managers to clarify designed learning outcomes and ensure that they are met taking into account the companies agreed learning principles
- In conjunction with HR Business Partnering team, consult with managers and leaders across the business to identify, map and record jobbased learning requirements (including progression elements), providing appropriate advice, guidance and challenge
Experience Required:
- Comprehensive experience of working in a training and development environment at Adviser level.
- Experience commissioning and managing external learning and training partners.
- Experience using and/or administering an LMS (preferably Cornerstone).
- Experience of working in a complex, diverse, and fast paced organisation with demanding deadlines
- Experience of sourcing, designing, and delivering L&D solutions; including mandatory care sector training, digital solutions, management and leadership development, qualifications and eLearning
- Stakeholder management expertise at Senior and Middle leader level
- Experience conducting a learning needs analysis for a multifunctional organisation.
- Project management expertise for HR and corporate initiatives
- Experience of higher education development and Government funding.
- Experience of change and cultural initiatives
Skills Required:
- Demonstratable ability to conduct training needs analysis in a large, diverse organisation and using this to recommend business focussed learning strategies and resources.
- Communication, listening and influencing skills with a range of external partners, and managers
- Understanding of how to utilise learning initiatives to improve diversity and increase inclusion.
- Data analysis and report writing skills including recommending solutions.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and complex databases; and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Project management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
Essential Qualification:
Relative demonstratable L&D/HR experience
CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, or Organisational Learning and Development, or equivalent
