Looking for the place where you can belong? Join MHR and help us shape the world of work.

Other than the information you can find on the internet, PMO (Project Management Office) isn't your standard department that "crunches" numbers for projects, we are the driving force for change within Projects for MHR due to our supportive culture enabling our team to challenge existing processes.

Within PMO, we are not a department where your manager has all the responsibility for changes as, in fact, we are the opposite.

We provide our colleagues with the platform to solve and lead change initiatives to help develop their skills for their future career aspirations.

In addition to this, no one's hard work is never unnoticed as we ensure that hard work is recognised through our weekly recognition scheme.

  • You will be given the opportunity to be involved in the continuous improvement initiatives where you'll plan, lead and deliver within specified timeframes. In addition to this, you will work with colleagues to manage the team mailbox/case queue in a timely manner

  • Clearly communicate progress, issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders, escalating where necessary to the Head of PMO.
  • In our culture, we support one another daily (if not hourly) because, let's face it, we don't have all the answers Therefore, a strong team player who is a clear communicator is an absolute must in PMO.
  • We are not a culture of "we tell you what to do daily" or micromanagement, in fact we are the opposite as we have strong trust within PMO to allow our colleagues to manage their own diaries to get the job done. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a selfstarter with strong organisational skills.
