Description
You'll be responsible for several duties

  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into software and databases then filing digital copies
  • Reconcile managed clients accounts for fees
  • Paying invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Credit Control (chasing payment of invoices and rent arrears)
  • Calculating fees
  • Bank reconciliation of client accounts and funds. Allocating and checking funds for clients accounts.
Administration duties and responsibilities

You'll be responsible for keeping office documents organized and perform a range of tasks to support the staff/clients you work with


These duties typically include:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
