Description
You'll be responsible for several duties- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into software and databases then filing digital copies
- Reconcile managed clients accounts for fees
- Paying invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Credit Control (chasing payment of invoices and rent arrears)
- Calculating fees
- Bank reconciliation of client accounts and funds. Allocating and checking funds for clients accounts.
You'll be responsible for keeping office documents organized and perform a range of tasks to support the staff/clients you work with
These duties typically include:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
£15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
